Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are accepted for 14 days after the day of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received the painting, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping a painting back, use a trackable shipping service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.

If you received your order damaged, please contact Eva Volf immediately at [email protected] and provide pictures of damaged packaging and artwork to be eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Commissioned paintings

Commissioned paintings cannot be refunded.

We only replace custom paintings if they arrive defective or damaged. Please send an email to [email protected] providing pictures of damaged packaging and artwork to be eligible for a refund.
