Eva Volf is a contemporary realist seascape painter from Cleveland, United States, whose ocean paintings have been featured in many prestigious national and international juried exhibitions, as well as in major publications, including the American Art Collector, Fine Art Connoisseur and Vogue magazines. Inspired by fond childhood memories of the ocean and her extensive travels, Eva paints emotive, realistic seascapes working in oil on canvas. She sketches each canvas at the beach before taking the work back to her studio to complete the painting, capturing the serene essence of water.

I’m a big fan of Eva’s work—the realism in her seascapes perfectly captures how I feel at my happy place: the coast. I chose this piece for my children’s room because it reminds me of running through the sand dunes with them on our beach trips. I’m already looking forward to adding more of her art to our home in the future!
