Sometimes you just happen to be at the right place at the right time to experience some of the most beautiful moments on Earth. This oil painting was inspired by my recent travel to Hawaii. I felt so inspired, so alive, so in tune with the healing energy of the ocean and this painting is my tribute to the ancient power and spirit-elevating beauty of the Pacific.

This painting sparkled a childhood memory of mine and I take a deep breath every time I look at it. I grew up in Florida and when I was in the waters I would squat a little and look at the ocean just like this. You ability to capture it is amazing! I will treasure it forever!
